Explain coverages, Identify customer needs, and find solutions to help customers reach their goals by protecting what matters most Develop relationships with customers through outstanding customer service and the way that you make them feel at every interaction Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day for yourself and the team. Work alongside your agency’s team to help the team reach Sales and Retention Goals. QUALIFICATIONS
State Farm Customer Service experience required Successful track record of meeting activity goals Ability to effectively relate to a customer and build relationships Must have Property & Casualty license BENEFITS
