who are confident, professional, and motivated to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners for pre‑scheduled, confirmed appointments (no cold calls)
Conduct thorough roof inspections and document findings
Educate homeowners on available solutions, materials, and pricing options
Help customers make informed, confident decisions
Deliver 5‑10 in‑home consultations per week
Maintain detailed notes and follow‑ups through CRM software
Attend team meetings and ongoing training
Compensation
$125,000‑$200,000+ per year (base draw + uncapped commission + bonuses)
Average monthly earnings: $10,000‑$18,000
Weekly pay structure
Paid training included
Schedule
Monday‑Friday: Appointments at 1 pm & 6 pm and occasionally 10 am as well
Saturday: 10 am and 2 pm appointments
Sales meetings: Ongoing daily
Field‑based role (drive 30‑90 mins to confirmed appointments)
Requirements
3+ years of outside sales or customer‑facing experience
Strong communication & presentation skills
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality
Tech‑savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software)
iPad required (purchase through us is available)
