Job Opportunity:
Crowe is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Consultant to enhance our ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of client projects, manage dedicated delivery teams, and spearhead business growth initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you will oversee solution delivery from inception to execution and play a significant role in developing our practice. Your responsibilities will include leading sales presentations, assisting in proposal crafting, and mentoring junior team members. We are looking for entrepreneurial candidates who are attentive to client needs and eager to enhance their ServiceNow expertise and consulting leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client projects encompassing various ServiceNow applications (e.g., IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps), ensuring top-notch quality in delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, building trust and effectively managing expectations.
Convert intricate business requirements into scalable, effective ServiceNow solutions.
Conduct workshops and design sessions with clients to steer solution development.
Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications while overseeing team execution.
Present compelling sales demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow capabilities and Crowe's strategic approach.
Assist with proposal and statement of work (SOW) drafting, and support pre-sales initiatives.
Mentor and coach junior staff to help advance their technical and consulting skills.
Contribute to the creation of best practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives that elevate delivery quality.
Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership and practice development initiatives.
Desired Skills:
In-depth experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Proficient in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, and UI Policies.
Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party applications.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated expertise in leading ServiceNow projects and mentoring team members.
Experience in business development (demos, proposals, pre-sales discussions) is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Certifications:
Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Preferred: One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
Plus: Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
Proven capability to independently lead client projects and engage in business development.
Demonstrated record of delivering ServiceNow solutions that align with client needs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
