
Regional Sales Manager - Education MSP

Overview
We are actively hiring a Regional Sales Manager
with direct Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales experience (required).
This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing MSP partnerships with
large public school districts and educational organizations , particularly in the
special education and related services
space. You will serve as a trusted advisor to district leaders, helping them streamline staffing operations, gain workforce visibility, and improve service delivery through our comprehensive MSP solutions. Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify, pursue, and close new MSP opportunities with large school districts and education systems nationwide. Consultative Selling:
Lead high-level conversations with superintendents, special education directors, procurement leaders, and HR executives to understand their workforce challenges and tailor managed service solutions. Proposal & Contracting:
Drive the RFP process, develop customized proposals, and negotiate contract terms aligned to client needs and organizational goals. Partnership Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry partners, and internal delivery teams. Market Intelligence:
Monitor trends in K–12 education, staffing models, and legislative changes impacting workforce solutions in special education. Collaboration:
Partner with operations, implementation, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success. Sales Goals:
Achieve or exceed annual sales and growth targets for the education MSP vertical. Qualifications
Experience working within MSP environments (Required). Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in
sales, business development, or client acquisition Strong track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to translate operational challenges into managed service solutions. Strong financial acumen and contract negotiation expertise. Comfortable navigating RFP and procurement processes. Mindset:
