Sales and Service Route Driver
to join our team. In this role, you will receive training to operate a Class B box truck, providing onsite service for parts washer machines, collecting containerized hazardous waste, and promoting our products and services along a designated route. Key Responsibilities: Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and processes while acting responsibly. Visit 10-12 customer sites daily. Manage the switch out of 15- & 30-gallon solution drums. Service parts washer machines and clear sediment from sinks. Upsell services and generate new leads during field visits. Service clients in automotive repair, fleet management, and manufacturing sectors. Complete scheduled services, deliveries, and pick-ups promptly. Comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT and relevant compliance requirements. Follow company environmental health and safety guidelines while executing duties. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Required:
Valid Class B CDL. Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment. Basic computer and math skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service abilities. Capability to fulfill physical job requirements. Pass background check, drug test, and physical evaluation as required. Must comply with OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard; facial hair restrictions may apply. Preferred:
Strong customer service orientation and previous commercial route driving experience (Class C or Non-CDL).
