Responsibilities
Establish strong relationships with Advisors and continuously develop their skills
Aid Advisors in learning more about products including savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
Develop and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable for Financial Advisors
Work with the Advisors and Marketing to generate new business
Assist advisors in prospecting clients through networking and referrals
Expanding Advisors knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work
Qualifications
BA, BS, and/or graduate degree or equivalent work experience
Life/Health (215) licensed
Prefer Series 7/6, Series 63/66 licensed
Required Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus
