Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals
Motivate the sales team to reach their full potential and foster a culture of teamwork
Identify and engage with key customers while assisting sales representatives in relationship management
Monitor and maintain a balanced forecast of opportunities and track their progress
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to close large opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required with 5+ years of experience as a top-level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry
2+ years of sales leadership experience
Proven experience in hiring, developing, and managing a sales team
Strong background working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the Welch Allyn product line portfolio
Familiarity with the posted region is strongly desired
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
