(1) Positioning: The primary person responsible for regional business management, accountable for overall regional revenue targets, focusing on market development, client relationships, channel building, and sales team management, and responsible for achieving regional performance. Market Development: Formulate regional market expansion strategies, develop new clients, maintain key client relationships, and increase market share; Channel Development: Develop and manage distributor and partner channel systems, ensuring healthy and efficient channel operations; Sales Target Achievement: Be responsible for regional revenue targets, complete company-assigned sales tasks, monitor the sales process, and optimize strategies; Team Development and Management: Responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating the regional sales team, enhancing the team's business capabilities and competitiveness; Cross-department Collaboration: Collaborate with product, solution, and delivery departments to drive project implementation and improve customer satisfaction. Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years\' experience in marketing Ability to multi-task Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills It must have sales experiences in VFDs, PLC, HMI, Servo ( UPS, Data Centers sale experiences is a plus)
