Property Manager / Customer Care Specialist , you’re the heartbeat of the store—the friendly face, trusted guide, and problem-solver customers rely on. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how you like it. Deliver
standout customer service
that turns first-time visitors into loyal customers Own customer inquiries, offering timely solutions tailored to their needs Keep our facility running smoothly– opening and closing the store with precision Enhance customer relationships with follow-up calls and personalized support Lead facility tours to help customers find the storage options that work best for them Maintain a pristine environment– inside and out, your attention to detail ensures the facility looks great Ensure efficient customer service by managing the support queue and resolving issues quickly Handle rollover calls with a professional, customer-first approach Make operational improvements and keep everything running like clockwork Manage credit inquiries and help customers through financial processes with ease You have
2+ years of property management, sales and/or retail experience, with a strong focus on customer service You love helping others and have a positive, can-do attitude You know how to resolve conflicts and turn challenging situations into positive experiences You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments You have excellent communication and organizational skills You’re flexible, ready to work weekends and travel to nearby locations when needed You’re bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not required!)
