Collections & Credit Specialist

A regional furniture retailer is seeking a dedicated individual to manage customer accounts and secure payments from delinquent accounts. Responsibilities include contacting customers through various channels, documenting interactions, and assisting on the sales floor. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of experience in payment collections or office procedures. A valid State Driver's License is required.
