Full-Time | Flexible schedule | Availability to cover at least one weekend day per week.

About The Role We\'re looking for a dependable and service-oriented
Maintenance Technician
to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of a luxury condominium community. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on skills who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work.
What You'll Do
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units
Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs
Assist with HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections
Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics
Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed
Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed
Serve as backup support to the Maintenance Supervisor when required
Requirements Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in residential facilities is a plus
What You Need To Succeed
General maintenance experience or strong mechanical aptitude
Willingness to be on-call or respond to after-hours emergencies
Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment
