Responsibilities
Monitor builder portals daily for new jobs and updates; verify job details against internal documentation and resolve discrepancies.
Create and manage Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and work orders, ensuring accurate job details, materials, quantities, pricing, and correct account coding.
Coordinate purchasing and ordering of materials with vendors and field managers, including additional materials as requested.
Maintain clear, organized communication with vendors, field managers, and supervisors; route issues promptly to ensure smooth job execution.
Invoice customers upon job completion and manage an average workload of 7–9 job orders per day.
Mentoring team members and navigating complex issues that arise.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in construction office or administrative support
ERP fluency, troubleshooting, and reporting
3+ years of purchasing experience
Construction or siding knowledge
Preferred:
Hands-On knowledge of exterior siding products
Strong understanding of builder schedules, production timelines, and takeoffs
Proven success purchasing for high volume or production home builders
