This role supports senior leaders through forecasting, planning, close, reporting, and performance analysis, with strong visibility across a complex, global organization. The team is open to proven corporate FP&A talent as well as standout Big 4 Audit (commercial clients) and Advisory/FDD professionals looking to pivot into FP&A.

Budgeting and analysis:
Coordinate annual planning and forecasting; analyze spend and key drivers; provide insights to support decision-making and financial stewardship Monthly close and reporting:
Support core components of the monthly close process, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and trend reporting Executive decision support and cost savings:
Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to senior leadership; identify risks/opportunities; support cost and value improvement initiatives across SG&A areas Cross-functional partnership:
Partner with HR on headcount tracking and capacity planning; represent finance on initiatives and process improvements across a matrixed global organization Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA strongly preferred 3+ years (for Senior), 5+ years (for Manager) of experience in financial analysis at large commercial companies, Big 4 Audit (commercial), Advisory, or FDD Experience with large-scale financial systems (Hyperion and/or SAP/S4 preferred) Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset
