Your Primary Duties

Responsibilities
Graduate from our Agent Launch program and build a strong foundation of skills, systems, and strategies that will fuel long-term success in real estate.
Execute lead generation systems daily; consistent prospecting ensures a steady pipeline of opportunities and sets the stage for predictable income.
Consult with buyers, convert them with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes; establish trust, commitment, and clarity in the home search process to better serve clients and close deals efficiently.
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers; secure the best terms possible for your clients, protect their interests, and guide them through a successful closing.
Consult with sellers, convert them into listings, and market their home; secure valuable inventory and drive results through strategic marketing and expert representation.
Conduct open houses; generate new leads, increase listing exposure, and build brand visibility in the local market.
Track tasks and activities in our CRM and productivity platform; measure progress, stay organized, and hold yourself accountable to performance goals.
Commit to weekly coaching and training; receive personalized feedback, stay aligned with goals, and continuously improve your skills and mindset.

Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Active Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one prior to start)
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow a successful business
