The Brokerage Assistant will provide administrative, marketing, and transaction support to commercial real estate brokers. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, high-quality client service, and timely execution of brokerage activities. This position will also support the onboarding of new listings, the processes of digitizing deal files, maintaining the comps database and entering critical deal data into reporting systems. Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to commercial real estate agents Prepare listing agreements, proposals, marketing materials, and presentations Coordinate and onboard property listings, manage databases/CRM, and update marketing platforms Assist with transaction documentation, due-diligence, and deal management Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate client communications and reporting Support marketing efforts including email campaigns, flyers, property signage and property brochures Serve in a key role to close out transaction files, by digitizing and entering in various databases. Qualifications

3+ years of administrative or real estate-related experience in a support/marketing role preferred College degree preferred Commercial real estate experience and/or license is a plus, but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and marketing platform experience a plus Experience in Costar, LoopNet, Salesforce a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines What We Offer
