This role is the operational backbone of a fast-moving capital raise. You will ensure that diligence, documents, and investor communications move without friction or delay.
Responsibilities
Maintain investor CRM (Affinity / Salesforce / Dynamo) Manage data room and IC Q&A tracking Coordinate NDAs, diligence requests, and follow-ups Prepare weekly capital pipeline reports Schedule IC calls within 24–48 hours Support closings and capital calls Qualifications
3–7 years in IR, PE ops, or investment banking support Highly organized, deadline-driven Comfortable with confidential financial materials Prior real estate or private equity exposure preferred
