This position is responsible for designing, piloting, and executing regional go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies and programs for high‑priority product launches and events. The role involves leading cross‑functional initiatives that introduce and scale innovative solutions across regional and local teams. A key part of the role includes managing end‑to‑end project and change management workflows to ensure successful adoption and seamless execution. The candidate will oversee localization efforts for product and feature launches across more than 45 global markets, ensuring that each initiative aligns with regional needs, cultural nuances, and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities

Develop, pilot, and deploy regional GTM strategies and programs for priority product launches and major events. Lead end‑to‑end project management and change management processes to support new initiatives across internal teams and external channels. Manage localization of product launches, ensuring tailored execution for 45+ international markets. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align planning, execution, and measurement of GTM efforts. Drive operational excellence by coordinating workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams. Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of experience in marketing, spanning one or more areas such as growth marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, or social marketing. Proven experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects, particularly in fast‑paced or highly matrixed environments. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
