Position Overview We’re hiring an Enterprise Business Development Representative to generate high-quality pipeline with Fortune 1000 and high-growth enterprise teams. This role is foundational to our enterprise growth engine: you will qualify real buying intent, not spray activity. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Forward Deployed Creative teams, and Customer Success to initiate enterprise conversations that lead to proof-of-concepts and long-term expansion.

Onboarding Phase

Develop deep understanding of Freepik Enterprise use cases and ICP segments

Learn our qualification framework, buyer personas, and enterprise messaging

Build targeted outbound strategies aligned to real enterprise problems

Development Phase

Consistently generate qualified enterprise meetings with clear business context

Run discovery conversations that uncover workflow, and ROI drivers

Advance prospects into active opportunities and PoC discussions

Excellence Phase

Deliver a steady flow of high-quality opportunities that convert into pipeline

Provide actionable market feedback to Sales, Product, and Leadership

Become a trusted partner to AEs through clean qualification and handoff

Daily Responsibilities

Strategic Outreach: Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach to enterprise leaders

Consultative Discovery: Lead discovery calls focused on understanding business objectives, workflows, and buying signals

Qualification Excellence: Assess fit for enterprise engagement and proof-of-concepts using clear qualification criteria

Pipleline Integrity: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear context for AE and PoC handoffs

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share insights with Sales, Forward Deployed Creatives, and Marketing to improve conversion and messaging

What Requirements Are We Looking For? Essentials

3–6 years experience in BDR, SDR, or early AE roles within SaaS, AI, or creative technology

Proven ability to generate enterprise-qualified meetings that convert into real opportunities

Experience engaging senior stakeholders across marketing, creative, and operations teams

Strong understanding of enterprise buying dynamics and qualification discipline

Excellent communication skills with a consultative, insight-led approach

Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-scaling environments

Experience with Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Calendly, or similar tools is a plus
