We’re looking for an early-career, execution-focused marketer who wants real ownership, real pipeline impact, and hands-on experience across LinkedIn marketing, paid ads, CRM, inbound leads, and outbound outreach. This isn’t a theory role. You’ll work directly with leadership to turn clear strategy into consistent execution and measurable results. What you’ll do

Launch and optimize LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Posts, Retargeting, Lead Gen Forms) Create posts, carousels, ad copy, and sales decks Manage CRM hygiene, lead routing, and reporting Qualify inbound leads and support outbound campaigns Build lists and help book qualified meetings What we’re looking for

0–3 years in marketing, growth, or business development Strong writing and content execution skills Comfortable with slide decks, messaging, and CRM tools Organized, detail-oriented, and hungry to learn fast
