Primary responsibilities will include: Assist in the preparation of certain written materials including press releases, earnings releases, and corporate factsheets, among other materials for investment community. Update earnings and investor presentation in coordination with conference participation and quarterly earnings. Draft post earnings After-action report for management and BOD. Prepare and disseminate market reports to management, which include institutional activity, price performance, shareholder ownership and short interest. Track analyst research and industry news to keep management abreast of competitor and industry landscape. Compare internal client forecasts with analyst modelstracking analyst estimate changes and ensuring model accuracy. Respond to and manage day-to-day inbound investor inquiries. Develop and maintain a comprehensive buy-side and sell-side interactions via CRM database. Handle coordination of non-deal roadshows, conference participation, investor targeting, marketing and managing investor conference schedules. Maintain client investor relations websites ensuring information is up to date and documents are posted correctly and on time. Conduct initial due diligence calls with the buy-side for companies under coverage. Assist in the development of perception studies. Qualifications

Bachelors degree (business/finance, accounting and economics majors preferred) Prior work experience (3-5 years), preferably in investor relations Self-starter who is detail oriented, takes initiative and possesses excellent organizational skills Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Working knowledge of the financial and investment markets Prior experience with financial databases (i.e., NASDAQ IR Insight, FactSet, Capital IQ, Irwin) a plus Excellent writing ability with experience in all forms of written communication, from business media news releases to executive talking points Possess strong oral communications and leadership skills Basic understand general business trends and Wall Street ecosystem Proactive, energetic with entrepreneurial mindset and strong EQ.
