Content Insights & SEO Senior Analyst

We’re looking for someone who thrives on data and insights – someone who can turn numbers into narratives and help our editorial and marketing teams make smarter, more strategic decisions about what we create and publish. The Content Insights Senior Analyst will report to the Audience Development & Experience team and serve as the analytical backbone of our content strategy. You’ll measure performance, analyze trends, and deliver clear recommendations that help us reach and engage travelers more effectively. What You’ll Do
Continuously monitor and interpret SEO trends, algorithm changes, and search, platform, and discovery updates (including Google, Apple, and emerging search experiences) to proactively inform content strategy. Analyze audience behavior and traffic patterns to surface insights that inform content planning and optimization. Build and maintain dashboards to track content performance across search, social, and referral channels. Identify growth opportunities through keyword analysis, content gap studies, and competitive benchmarking. Evaluate the effectiveness of SEO, AEO, and GEO efforts; make actionable recommendations to improve performance. Own the creation and maintenance of the Editorial calendar in partnership with editorial leadership. Collaborate with editorial teams to translate insights into story ideas, priorities, and optimization strategies; provide inputs to editorial campaigns. Contribute to the development of testing frameworks for headlines, metadata, and publishing timing. Present regular performance summaries and insights to editorial and leadership teams. What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in content analytics, SEO, or audience development, ideally in a media or publishing environment. Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Databricks). Comfort with data visualization and performance storytelling. Familiarity with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) and SEO best practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders. A curiosity about how audiences discover, consume, and engage with travel content. Passion for travel and for helping connect people to the joy of exploration. Compensation
This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications. Total Cash Compensation Range: $100,000 – $130,000 per year *New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $100,000 – $145,000 per year Benefits
