Responsibilities
Identify performance gaps or learning needs and develop instructional solutions to address them
Design engaging, learner-centered instructional strategies for face-to-face, online, and blended learning
Use empirical data to inform instructional design decisions and improve instruction
Document instructional design plans and manage related projects
Design learning assessments and collaborate across functional teams to ensure effective delivery
Utilize online learning platforms and tools to create and deliver content
Facilitate training sessions and workshops
Requirements The qualified candidate for the Instructional Systems Designer role must possess the following:
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
Experience in instructional design, including identifying learning needs and designing instructional strategies
Certification in Instructional Design from an accredited institution
5+ years' experience as a facilitator
Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools
Strong project management skills and experience collaborating across teams
Prior customer experience and excellent communication skills
Ability to legally work in the United States
