
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 5–7 years of hands‑on experience to own and optimize SEO, paid search, and paid social campaigns for our Transcend solutions. This role is highly executional and performance‑focused, with clear ownership of day‑to‑day campaign management, optimization, and reporting across organic and paid channels.
You’ll manage campaigns end‑to‑end, apply EEAT best practices, leverage AI‑driven content and optimization strategies, and use data to continuously improve traffic quality, conversions, and ROAS. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the tools, values measurable impact, and is comfortable operating with increasing autonomy.

SEO & Organic Growth
Execute on‑page SEO improvements, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content optimization Ensure content and site architecture align with EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) best practices Optimize content for AI discovery and engagement across search engines and emerging AI‑powered search experiences Conduct keyword research and support content strategy based on search intent and conversion opportunity Optimize existing blog and website content for rankings, engagement, and conversion performance Monitor technical SEO health, rankings, and organic traffic trends Track and report SEO performance using Google Search Console and GA4 Paid Media – Search (Google, Bing, etc.)
Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (Search, Display, and remarketing) Perform keyword research, write and test ad copy, and run structured A/B tests Manage budgets, bids, Quality Scores, and conversion tracking Monitor CPA, ROAS, and conversion performance across campaigns Apply data‑driven optimizations to improve efficiency and scale high‑performing initiatives Paid Social – Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Others
Own paid social campaigns from setup through optimization and scaling Build and test audiences, including custom, lookalike, and retargeting segments Collaborate on creative strategy, messaging, and testing frameworks Monitor engagement, conversion, and efficiency metrics Scale winning campaigns while maintaining cost discipline Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Own weekly and monthly performance reporting across organic and paid channels Maintain dashboards, documentation, and campaign insights Analyze trends and provide clear, actionable optimization recommendations Support attribution modeling and funnel performance analysis Use insights to reduce manual oversight and increase campaign efficiency over time Qualifications
5–7 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with ownership of SEO and paid media programs Proven experience managing SEO, Google Ads, and paid social platforms (Meta required), and YouTube. Strong understanding of modern SEO best practices, including EEAT and technical fundamentals Experience leveraging AI tools for content optimization, testing, and performance improvement Proficiency with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tooling Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a Marketing Manager Desired Skills
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification Experience with landing page optimization and CRO testing Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or marketing automation platforms Experience in B2B, eCommerce, or regulated industries Experience working with Shopify, including product feeds, conversion tracking, and performance optimization
