
Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We’re looking for an SEO Associate to support our organic growth efforts through keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone who’s analytical, detail-oriented, and excited about search engine trends and digital marketing.
You’ll work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions across our digital properties.
Key Responsibilities
Execute On-Page SEO Optimization Local SEO proficiency and implementation Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis Assist with content optimization and SEO-friendly content briefs Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console Track rankings, traffic, and SEO KPIs; prepare reports and insights Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate to resolve them Support link-building and outreach initiatives Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years professional experience in SEO or digital marketing Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Familiarity with SEO tools Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress and Elementor Specifically) Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Understanding of content marketing and UX principles Agency experience and Franchise Marketing experience is a plus
