Sales and Marketing Representative

We are currently hiring Sales and Marketing Representatives for a face-to-face sales role with clear advancement opportunities into marketing and management. About The Role: In-person customer and client interactions (no door-to-door or cold calling) Represent national clients within a retail environment Build relationships, identify customer needs, and present solutions Learn foundational sales, marketing, and leadership skills Cross-training opportunities into management within 6–12 months Collaborative, competitive, and fast-paced team environment Pay is a combination of a weekly base pay and performance-based commissions Average weekly earnings of $800 Top performers earning$1,500+ per week Promotions and pay increases based on performance Weekly sales contests, incentives, and team competitions Nationwide travel opportunities Full paid training provided What We're Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or food service (preferred, not required) Associate or Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress preferred) Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Competitive mindset with leadership potential Strong communication skills and a desire to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, or management Why MEI Consulting?
