We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional who can blend graphic design expertise with strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills to support marketing initiatives, events, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Develop and produce a wide range of branded visual materials across print and digital platforms.

Provide design support for internal departments and external marketing initiatives.

Create and maintain visual assets including presentations, advertisements, reports, and publications.

Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute creative projects from concept through final delivery.

Marketing Coordinator

Support implementation and maintenance of company marketing initiatives, materials, and brand standards.

Assist in managing marketing systems and platforms, including CRM and social media tools.

Coordinate project timelines, production schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure timely completion of marketing projects.

Track project expenses and maintain documentation for budgeting and reporting purposes.

Provide administrative and operational support related to marketing programs, partnerships, and compliance-related documentation.

Maintain records of advertising, promotional activities, and related agreements.

Serve as a liaison between marketing and other departments or community business groups as needed.

Event Management

Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting corporate events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.

Help manage event logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.

Maintain documentation and historical records related to events and marketing programs.

Internal Communications

Support development and distribution of internal communications across multiple channels.

Assist with maintaining and updating internal communication platforms, including intranet and digital signage.

Coordinate content for internal newsletters, announcements, and employee messaging tools.

Help ensure messaging is timely, accurate, and aligned with organizational branding and communication standards.

Requirements Required for this position:

Creative and highly organized marketing professional who combines strong visual design skills with the ability to coordinate projects and support marketing operations. This individual maintains brand consistency, manages multiple priorities with attention to detail, and communicates effectively with internal teams, vendors, and community partners. They are proactive, dependable, and comfortable balancing creative work with logistics, timelines, and documentation. The successful candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, adapts to changing needs, and provides both strategic and day-to-day support for marketing, events, and internal communications.

Education & Experience

2 year college degree or related work experience

2 years professional office experience

Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail required

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and Excel

Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed

Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization

Service-oriented, polite, and respectful

Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion

Hours Regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
