
Position Summary
The Marketing Admin is responsible for supporting the marketing team by managing the operational aspects of marketing campaigns and activities. This includes handling marketing invoices, coordinating workflow processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing general administrative support to the marketing team. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
ADMINISTRATION
Tour Marketing Planning: Create marketing plan templates for Marketing Managers Tour Documentation: Create and manage day sheets for every tour, ensuring all marketing details are documented and accessible. Budget Management: Accurately input and track marketing expenditures, including graphic design, spot production, press releases, tour liners, promotional videos, and flyer/poster production. Print Coordination: Manage the process of sending flyer and poster requests to printers, ensuring timely delivery and distribution. Scheduling: Add relative marketing timelines to the Marketing Calendar (e.g., announces, pre-sales, on sales, etc).
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Contractor Communication: Liaise with contractors to confirm timely monthly payments and address any payment-related inquiries. Vendor Setup: Coordinate with vendors to ensure they are properly set up for direct deposits payments, streamlining financial transactions. Invoice Management: Submit all relevant invoices and paperwork (e.g., for radio ads, graphic design, spot production, press releases, and ticketing services) to the operations department on a weekly basis.
MARKETING BUDGETS
Spend Verification: Track and verify backup documentation for digital marketing, radio, and other advertising expenses related to Ad Packs. Ad Packs: Create detailed Ad Packs outlining all marketing expenditures for each show. Settlement Coordination: Work closely with the settlement team to ensure accurate financial reporting and backup documentation is provided to the artist team for settlement purposes.
PAYMENTS
Receive invoices and request payments in a timely manner for all marketing activities and note payment requests in the Marketing Ad Plan.

Education: Degree in Marketing, Music Business, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing or administrative role Good oral and written communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Knowledge and understanding of the Christian music industry Must be able to work in a fast paced environment managing various projects and able to work under pressure with deadlines Flexible with work schedule as some projects will require weekend and evening hours Bi-lingual a plus Physical Demands and Work Environment
