Overview
Rifle Paper Co. is seeking a Fulfillment Associate – Key Accounts to support the fulfillment of large-volume customer orders for major retail partners. This is a full-time, hourly position focused on repacking, quality control, and shipment preparation for high-volume, highly specified orders. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to customer-specific requirements, and close collaboration with warehouse and fulfillment teams to meet shipping deadlines.

What You Will Do
Repack, and prepare large customer orders in accordance with customer-specific packing and labeling requirements.
Assemble and repack bulk products into customer-ready configurations as required by key retail partners.
Accurately label cartons and pallets, ensuring compliance with routing guides, packing slips, and retailer specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, shared warehouse space, and equipment.
Assist with periodic audits of inventory, packing materials, and supplies related to key account fulfillment.
Support repacking, stickering, sorting, labeling, and box assembly for key account orders.
Assist with staging and palletizing large shipments for outbound transportation.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of business needs, and organizational objectives.
