Role Description
Transaera is scaling. We’ve validated our breakthrough HVAC technology with major pilot customers and are now expanding into broader commercial adoption. We’re hiring our first Account Executive to lead outbound sales, close new business, and help establish the foundation of our sales engine. This role is for a true hunter and closer who understands the commercial HVAC ecosystem and thrives in early-stage environments where ownership, urgency, and results matter. What You’ll Do
Drive new business by prospecting building owners, developers, engineers, and mechanical contractors Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through cold outreach, networking, industry events, referrals, and market research Own the full sales cycle: discovery, technical coordination, proposal development, negotiation, and signed PO Sell advanced HVAC units into commercial buildings, aligning system value with energy, performance, and cost goals Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and accurate proposals Help define and refine sales messaging, pricing strategy, and go-to-market motion as a founding sales team member Manage and grow customer relationships post-sale to support long-term partnerships and repeat opportunities Negotiate contracts and agreements that create strong outcomes for both the customer and Transaera Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM Provide market feedback on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends to leadership
