Overview We are building a team of dynamic and adaptable Store Associates at our flagship store at 48 Centre St. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing retail environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys a mix of sales, merchandising, inventory management, and event execution.
Key Responsibilities At the flagship store, Sales Associates will work across 3 key areas and work together to “host the party” and maintain the authentic For Now brand experience while efficiently and effectively driving sales. Associates are responsible for executing store standards, driving sales through extensive styling and product knowledge, maintaining effective communication with senior leadership and other team members, and providing an exceptional guest experience.
Manage transactions efficiently at the register, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
Provide excellent customer service, assisting with returns, exchanges, and inquiries.
Keep the cashwrap area clean, organized, and well stocked.
Maintain the flow of product from the cashwrap to its proper location, and own the distribution of frontstock inventory and relevant supplies.
Sales Floor (Customer Engagement & Merchandising)
Greet and assist customers, offer product recommendations and styling advice, as well as introduce customers to the For Now brand and our partners.
Manage the fitting rooms, ensuring a seamless try-on experience.
Keep the sales floor organized, restocked, and visually appealing.
Retrieve sizes from backstock as needed and maintain overall store cleanliness
Receive, unpack, and process new inventory.
Fulfill and pack online orders efficiently and accurately.
Replenish floor inventory from backstock as needed.
Keep the storage area organized, labeled, and easy to navigate.
Additional Requirements
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and events as needed
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods of time
Housing is not provided with this position, accommodations must be secured prior to your start date
