
smartdept. is searching for an Account Manager for a direct marketing industry client located in Hooksett, NH.The ideal candidate will come with 2–4 years of experience. This is a full-time, onsite, direct hire opportunity. As an Account Manager, this role supports the Marketing team and a core group of clients across all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, digital, creative services, brand building, social media content, web development, and print production. The role focuses on client support, project management, and day-to-day coordination to ensure successful delivery of client initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Marketing Services team across all aspects of the project lifecycle
Provide timely and thorough responses to client inquiries and requests
Act as a project manager for client initiatives and deliverables
Provide reporting and communication on progress of key performance indicators
Grow and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams to support daily client servicing
Report directly to the Account Director on day-to-day activities
What You’ll Need:
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications
2–4 years of business experience, preferably in a commercial media or marketing agency environment
Proven account coordination, project management, and client service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client demands and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Knowledge of platforms such as HubSpot or other email management systems, Adobe, WordPress, social media management software, and Asana
