Job Responsibilities
Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System
Mentor surgical teams through training sessions and assist with OR integration of the da Vinci® Surgery applications
Serve as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across various surgical specialties
Support regional Sales and Marketing events to raise awareness of the system and encourage procedure adoption
Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and submission of expense reports responsibly
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare sales
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the Operating Room environment
Proven record of success in sales
Ambition and exceptional work ethic
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Experience mentoring or training new team members
