Dairy Farm Manager
to help lead daily operations, support and train employees, and drive continuous improvement across the farm. This is a hands-on leadership role within a forward-thinking, well-resourced operation. What You’ll Do
Support daily operations alongside the Dairy Manager Train, mentor, and communicate with team members Assist with scheduling, supply ordering, and repairs Monitor parlor performance and herd health Contribute to efficiency and animal care improvements What We’re Looking For
Strong dairy background and hands-on herd experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Familiarity with herd management software (Dairy Comp 305) Strong communication skills; Spanish a plus Why This Opportunity?
