to have a passion for workplace design, a strong professional drive, and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively utilizing visualization software and personal connection. Acquilano is a full services design studio of passionate creatives who specialize in workplace interiors.We’re a tight-knit, supportive group, looking for top-tier talent to grow our studio! We have a 3-day in office work culture therefore we expect candidates to live or relocate to the Denver, Colorado area. Qualifications 6 years minimum working experience in commercial interiors. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Architecture or Interior Design program. Licensed Architect, Interior Designer, or equivalent preferred. Required Skills Proficient

in Autodesk Revit and Enscape. Proficient

in Microsoft 365 Suite. Advanced

knowledge and thought leadership regarding design concepts & trends affecting Workplace design. Advanced

problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn. Proficient

in finish material selection and specification. Proficient

in furniture selection, specification, andbidding. Working knowledge

of relevant building codes including IBC, ADA, IECC, and of local building department jurisdictions and practices. Working knowledge

of building systems including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Fire Protection. Working knowledge

of construction budgeting and project schedule. Working knowledge

in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and with teammates at all levels of the firm. Ability to approach and perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way. Ability to self-checkwork for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance in accordance with local building codes. Job Duties & Responsibilities Collaborates

on programming, visioning and strategy efforts during the Pre-Design phase of projects. Produces

creative and responsive space plans based on programming and visioning insights from our clients. Collaborates

on selection of colors, finishes, materials, furniture, and lighting for interior application, ensuring sustainability goals of the client and the firm are maintained. Collaborates

on the development and production of presentation materials, including 3D renderings, finish pallets, and design decks for client meetings Selects

furniture, finishes and fixtures for projects Participates

in the production of contract documents, including but not limited to floor plans and details, reflected ceiling plans, millwork design, furniture layouts, finish plans, and schedules. Participates

in coordination among partners and consultants. Compensation Acquilano offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package!
