What You’ll Be Doing

Act as a key point of contact for business and consumer clients

Maintain accounts of existing and new customers

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

Manage client records with accuracy and professionalism

Contribute ideas to improve service standards and efficiency
