Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Marlborough, MA. The Business Development Representative will identify business opportunities through lead generation, establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to increase company growth. Day-to-day tasks include networking with prospective clients, collaborating with the marketing and operations teams, tracking sales metrics, and presenting professional proposals to secure new partnerships. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients while meeting or exceeding business development goals.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for networking, relationship building, and client interactions
Experience in sales, lead generation, and business development activities
Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools or sales tracking software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving aptitude, coupled with creativity and critical thinking skills to propose innovative solutions
Previous experience in the relocation, estate planning, or senior care industry is a plus
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
