Marketing Coordinator The Marketing Coordinator supports the resort’s marketing initiatives by assisting with content creation, campaign execution, collateral production, and media coordination. This role works closely with the marketing team and cross‑departmental partners to ensure consistent brand representation and effective promotion across all channels. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, creative, organized, and eager to contribute to a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to support resort promotions and brand initiatives.
Assist with brainstorming, planning, and executing advertising concepts and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate media FAM trips, influencer visits, and related itineraries with the Marketing Team.
Support planning and logistics for resort photo shoots and content‑gathering sessions.
Assist with writing and producing copy for digital channels, including the website, social media, and email marketing.
Help maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and ongoing improvements.
Contribute to the creation of menus, flyers, presentations, and other digital and print assets.
Assist with organizing and distributing resort content, photography, and marketing materials.
Create, edit, and distribute promotional collateral for local and national outlets.
Prepare, cut, and assemble printed materials as needed.
Manage the distribution of marketing collateral to internal teams, partners, and media contacts.
Identify opportunities to enhance marketing strategies, streamline processes, and improve overall performance.
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to support ongoing innovation.
Starting rate of pay: $23 per hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related field.
1–2 years of marketing experience in the resort industry is preferred.
Working knowledge of Mailchimp, Canva, and Microsoft Office applications.
Eagerness to learn and expand upon one’s skills is key.
Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Experience with Adobe applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and Acrobat.
