We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a ground-up multifamily construction project in the Denver area. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of managing large-scale residential developments—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects. Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met. Enforce safety standards, quality control, and schedule adherence. Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders on progress, logistics, and issue resolution. Oversee daily reporting, inspections, and subcontractor performance. Drive construction excellence through proactive leadership and problem-solving. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in construction; 5+ years as a Superintendent on multifamily projects. Strong understanding of commercial and residential building systems. Proven ability to manage complex construction schedules and budgets. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA certification preferred.
