Responsibilities:
Support organization-wide marketing initiatives for events, membership, and content across digital and print channels
Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance metrics
Contribute to social media marketing, multimedia projects, and promotional efforts tied to events and programs
Maintain and update content within marketing systems such as email platforms, CMS, and CRM tools
Track and report on marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign performance and ROI
Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and execution
Support event-related marketing efforts, including promotions, communications, and post-event follow-up
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional marketing experience
Experience with digital marketing, including email campaigns, list segmentation, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Higher Logic or similar tools)
Familiarity with Content Management Systems and/or Customer Relationship Management systems; experience with tools such as Nimble or Salesforce is a plus
Exposure to or experience supporting professional associations, membership organizations, government-related, or mission-driven environments is a plus
Strong understanding of core marketing principles and best practices
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Self-starter with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools, trends, and strategies
