As a
Community Ambassador Intern , you’ll work directly alongside our
Head of Community/Operations & CEO
to help build and manage a real local community on Towns Of.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn how local communities actually grow—from content and events to outreach and engagement. You’ll be responsible for helping run and promote multiple events per week while supporting organizers and community members on the platform.
What You’ll Do Community & Events
Host and manage
2-3 events per month
on Towns Of
Assist with event setup, promotion, and follow-through
Engage with attendees and organizers before and after events
Help onboard new event hosts to the platform
Marketing & Content
Gather b‑roll content on main streets, events, and happenings
Assist with creating + posting short‑form video and image content for social media
Outreach & Engagement
Reach out to local organizers, creators, and small businesses
Help grow participation and engagement within your assigned community
Act as a friendly, on‑the‑ground representative of Towns Of
What You’ll Learn

How early‑stage startups operate day to day
What it takes to launch and scale a consumer platform

Familiarity with Notion, Google Drive, or similar tools
