Why this role matters The Marketing Operations Coordinator is a marketing professional with experience in managing and executing integrated marketing material for distribution internally and externally via multiple channels and methods. They effectively partner with internal associates and external vendors to plan and execute the full life cycle of marketing material development initiatives. This role entails a primary focus on operational aspects of marketing material management across multiple platforms, continually refining activities to achieve organizational goals. We use multifaceted strategies to achieve ambitious marketing and communications objectives including advertising (digital and print), email marketing, collateral (digital and print), thought leadership content, strategic alliances, direct marketing, and social media.

This role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, strong project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the organization is important.

How you\'ll contribute

Manage the implementation of all digital and print marketing materials across multiple integration points.

Track and validate metadata, manage taxonomy, and tag all assets in accordance with evolving data model.

Help drive the internal and external communication process around marketing asset status, manage review and approvals and manage the distribution of that messaging to various audiences. Work closely with internal colleagues and manage outside vendors to ensure appropriate staging and distribution of marketing material.

Develop and maintain reports and plans that detail marketing strategies, timelines, budgets, and performance.

Provide regular program updates to stakeholders (leadership, marketing, and sales). Review asset utilization and performance and adjust on an ongoing basis to improve ROI.

Develop working knowledge of our insurance distribution model and our products to effectively organize marketing assets and apply metadata.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field strongly preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $75,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $85,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors such as market location, job-related skills, and experience.
