This role supports several in-house departments and plays a key part in optimizing our clients’ digital presence and improving their visibility across search platforms. Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluations Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, URL structure, and content Understand and implement generative engine optimization strategies Manage technical SEO audits and support web developers in implementing fixes Develop and execute link-building and content-optimization strategies Monitor organic performance and identify opportunities to improve rankings and traffic Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC)
Plan and occasionally manage paid search campaigns across Google Ad platforms Continuously refine campaign targeting, bidding, and budgets to maximize ROI Track and report on key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and cost per lead Web & Data Analytics
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and data dashboards such as Looker Studio and MixPanel) to track website performance and user behavior Build regular performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients Analyze landing page effectiveness, funnel performance, and attribution models Identify optimization opportunities based on data trends Web & Technical Support
Use basic HTML skills to assist with website updates, formatting, and content uploads Assist with data entry for website builds Perform SEO quality assurance before and after website launches to ensure proper indexing, redirects, metadata, tracking, and performance Ensure all updates align with SEO best practices and healthcare compliance standards, such as HIPAA considerations Qualifications Required
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and SEM Strong knowledge of Google Ads, keyword research tools, and SEO software Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console Basic understanding of HTML and comfort making minor web edits Experience analyzing digital performance metrics and presenting clear insights Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude and a desire to work closely with a tight-knit team Preferred
Experience in healthcare marketing, and familiarity with HIPAA-compliant digital practices Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and similar CMS platforms Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.)
