Generates high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities with non-exempt sales vacancies. Prioritizes achieving or exceeding budgeted sales goals and community revenue targets by completing all tasks required to close sales. Promotes a mission-driven sales culture and uses insights from one community to optimize sales in others. Travel to communities within a defined geographic area; assignments may vary in length with little notice. Drive rapid occupancy growth and maintain rate integrity by conducting high-quality daily phone and in-person sales calls that convert to move-ins. Maintain knowledge of sales software and Customer Relationship Management systems; ensure accurate data entry and periodic database cleanup. Communicate current product information (availability, pricing, concessions) to community associates; attend daily stand-up. Keep up-to-date knowledge of competition in assigned markets. Provide accurate move-in forecasts as requested. Communicate residents’ needs and preferences to the Executive Director and/or appropriate associates to enhance satisfaction at move-in. Foster a positive image of the community and Brookdale brand with customers, residents, associates, and influencers. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field with one to two years of experience. Additional years of related work experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis up to four years. Certifications, Licenses, And Other Special Requirements Valid driver’s license; frequent car and/or air travel as needed. Management/Decision Making Applies guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within a department; uses sound judgment to solve moderately complex problems based on precedent, example, reasonableness, or a combination of these. Knowledge And Skills Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques; familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations related to product lines; knowledge of state regulations affecting service delivery. Proficiency with smartphones, PCs, and related software. Strong time, task, and project management; ability to build trust, listen, and communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
