Overview This position begins on a commission basis dedicated to appointment booking, but has the potential to become a hired position that scales to deal closing, strategy, operations, equity, and a seat at the table of a small but rapidly growing startup.

About Rezora Rezora IO is an AI voice platform built specifically for real estate professionals. We automatically call leads, qualify intent, and book meetings directly into agents’ calendars. Our customers are real estate agents, teams, commercial buyers, and property investors who rely on speed and follow up to win deals.

We are early stage and founder-led. This is our first sales hire, and you will work closely with the founding team to help build our sales pipeline, systems, and early revenue engine.

Role overview We are hiring a full time founding sales representative to grow Rezora’s sales pipeline through high-volume cold calling to real estate professionals. This role is focused on starting conversations, qualifying interest, and closing new subscriptions.

Product demos will be handled by the founding team. Your primary responsibility will be prospecting, qualification, and closing. You will play a key role not just in selling, but in helping us build and improve the sales systems and processes as we scale.

This is a commission only role with meaningful long term upside.

Responsibilities

Cold call real estate agents, commercial buyers, and brokerages using provided lead lists

Qualify prospects and handle objections using your real estate sales experience

Close new subscriptions and earn recurring commission on active customers

Work closely with the founders to refine scripts, messaging, and targeting

Identify gaps in the sales process and help build scalable systems and workflows

Provide ongoing feedback from the market to inform product and go-to-market decisions

Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience working in real estate or selling to real estate agents, teams, or brokerages

Strong cold calling experience and comfort with high volume outreach

Experience using modern sales and AI driven tools such as CRMs, dialers, automation tools, or AI software

Comfortable learning and selling AI powered technology

Strong systems mindset with interest in building repeatable processes

Experience working with a small team or early stage startup

Self directed and able to operate with limited structure while helping create it

Enthusiasm for building something from the ground up

Based in the US

Compensation

Commission only, full-time role

Earn 25 percent recurring commission on the monthly subscription revenue for each customer you close

Commission continues for as long as the customer remains active

Expected annual income for a strong performer is approximately $86,000, with uncapped upside
