
Responsibilities
Design creative client-facing materials, including branded presentations, product mockups, visual decks, and marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator Translate client briefs, brand standards, and objectives into clear, visually engaging concepts and layouts Collaborate with Sales Consultants to develop creative merchandise ideas and visual storytelling that support client pitches and programs Build and maintain polished creative decks and presentations, ensuring accuracy in product details, branding, and timelines Manage projects from creative concept through order placement and delivery, including verifying pricing, timelines, and approvals Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure design intent and specifications are accurately executed Maintain internal production and project management systems to support workflow efficiency In collaboration with your Branding Consultant, create product decks and marketing visuals for clients Requirements
1+ years of experience in the Promotional Products industry, experience with client / account management, OR other client-facing role supporting branded marketing, merchandising, or visual design Strong skills in Canva and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (creating layouts, mockups, and branded visuals) A strong eye for design, layout, and visual consistency, with attention to brand standards and detail Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Confidence collaborating directly with clients and internal stakeholders, including marketing and creative teams Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, tracking projects, and addressing challenges proactively High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through The ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize incoming requests with minimal oversight
