Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie is looking to hire BDC Associates! As an BDC Associate, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with customer leads received via the Internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through are required. We are looking for candidates with good people skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service. Responsibilities
Managing internet sales leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answering questions on available stock and product performance
Follow up with potential leads and return voicemails and messages to answer customers' questions
Setting appointments for customers from the Internet, based on goals and objectives defined by the Internet Sales Manager
Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information in CRM software
Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
Requirements
Ability to professionally and positively interact with customers via phone and email
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of a department or business goal
Must be able to read, write and type reports/correspondence.
Customer service, sales, or telemarketing background helpful
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A positive attitude, an exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn
Computer literacy, organization skills, follow-up skills, typing skills
Authorized to work in the USA
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
Must have a valid driver's license
