Sunkissed Party Co. is a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in party favors, accessories, and decor. We are looking for an E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to support daily production and order fulfillment at our Chicago (West Loop) office.
This is a production-focused position. Most of the day is spent on your feet making products, packing orders, and preparing shipments. Much of the work is done independently, so comfort working alone while staying connected with the team is important.
Responsibilities
Make, package, and ship a high volume of orders daily This role is production-heavy, with most of the workday spent actively crafting and putting orders together. Maintain quality control and consistency to ensure uniformity, presentation, and quality across all orders Learn and perform new crafting and production processes as needed Review orders for accuracy and flag discrepancies as needed Meet daily order count expectations to stay on shipping timelines Pick up products from local third-party vendors and drop off packages at USPS, UPS, or FedEx (car required) Growth in this role comes from mastering production efficiency, quality control, and reliability as order volume increases Requirements
Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive, production-focused work Ability to work independently for extended periods Reliable personal vehicle for local pickups and drop-offs (mileage reimbursed) Able to work on-site Monday through Friday at our West Loop, Chicago office Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and punctual Positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced environment $19–21 per hour, based on experience Assigned indoor parking spot On-site gym Casual dress code Unlimited coffee, tea, and snacks Mileage reimbursement for work-related local travel during scheduled shifts
