Digital Campaign Manager

is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns that support subscriber growth, service adoption, ARPU expansion, and customer retention across an expanding footprint. This position collaborates closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that advance business objectives while delivering measurable results. This role plays an essential role in promoting fiber and broadband services while managing the customer sales journey throughout its entirety, from initial awareness and qualification through conversion and retention. Duties / Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns across email, mobile/app messaging, paid social, display, and owned digital channels to drive subscriber acquisition and upsell opportunities. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on-time execution. Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights for optimization. Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing campaign metrics against specific KPIs and recommending improvements. Leverage CRM systems and automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage campaign execution and leverage for other purposes such as lead tracking, subscriber segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and targeting strategies. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content meets brand standards and campaign objectives. Provide operational support for concurrent campaigns across residential and commercial segments. Partner with sales teams on sales enablement efforts, including creating awareness of marketing campaigns, supporting sales incentives, and developing strategies to drive better sales results. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on multi-channel campaign management in telecommunications, technology, or related industry. Proven experience managing campaigns across email, app-based messaging, paid social media, and owned spaces (e.g., set-top box messaging, commercial inventory). Experience with analytics platforms and marketing CRM tools (HubSpot or similar). Proven ability in tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and optimization. Excellent project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Effective communication, collaboration, and content creation skills. Ability to lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in B2B and B2C marketing. Experience in fiber, broadband, or managed services marketing preferred. Benefits
