Senior Manager of Strategy & Transformation at Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI), a subsidiary of McKesson, is responsible for leading, facilitating, and driving the strategic initiatives that increase growth, market share, and customer & employee satisfaction while improving key business performance indicators.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Directly manage a team of Program Managers and Business Analysts leading high‑impact strategic initiatives across SCRI.
Partner with the AVP of Strategy and Transformation to facilitate leadership in identifying, scheduling, and prioritizing initiatives, maintaining ongoing dialogue and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Introduce project‑management tools, templates, and techniques, coaching direct reports and delivery teams, coordinating cross‑department deliverables, and fostering open communication.
Serve as the single point of contact for complex enterprise deployments, managing projects of significant complexity and tracking interrelated projects as programs.
Oversee project‑management activities of direct reports, ensuring excellence in initiative management and proactive coaching.
Establish and lead high‑visibility enterprise‑wide, табская strategies, including launching new products, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades.
Implement changes and manage impacted people through the change journey, communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and sustainment post‑project.
Propose recommendations, adjustments, and process improvements to achieve success.
Mandatory:

Complete any training assignments assigned by SCRI by their due dates.
Knowledge:
Change management and project‑management techniques and tools.
Knowledge of the research environment and healthcare processes.
Strong working relationship with leadership for rapid problem resolution and staff support.
Experience leading enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives with large change impacts.
Skills:
Advanced facilitation and leadership skills, including written and oral communication and fostering collaboration.
Interpersonal skills.
Advanced analytic capabilities with six sigma methods and tools.
Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Projects, Excel).
Strong people‑management skills to coach direct reports through these abilities.
Abilities:
Quickly earn trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, lead and inspire teams, set direction, resolve conflict, and deliver tough messages with grace.

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in people management.
Experience leading enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives with large change impacts.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Six Sigma Black Belt highly preferred.
