Overview Infor is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to join the Infor Deal Desk. The Deal Desk team provides mission-critical support to field sales in all aspects of the sales process. The Deal Desk Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor to field sales, legal, business approvers, and revenue operations teams on pricing, product configuration, and business terms to support the sales effort. The Deal Desk Analyst will report to the Deal Desk Manager and will be a sales advocate and partner to internal organizations.

Responsibilities

Perform Deal Desk functions including contract research, validation of price quotes, business approvals, contract drafting, and order structuring for varying levels of deal size and complexity.

Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with peers, managers, sales operations, shared services, and account teams to ensure consistency within processes, determine best practices, and work efficiently.

Work closely with the field sales team to gather deal information, assess deal requirements, and structure non-standard deals that comply with published policies.

Identify and drive implementation of pricing and contracting tools and process improvements to support efficient and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Experience working with Sales teams and multiple internal stakeholders across management levels.

Experience gathering data from various sources and producing analyses and business summaries.

Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Deal Desk, Contract Management, or a similar role preferably within a technology company.

Experience working with pricing and contracting tools such as CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management).

Location Atlanta, GA - Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote
